i recently received a rather generous donation through my ko-fi page. it says the payment is on hold. the money wasn't in exchange for a physical package so i updated the tracking information to say that it wasn't required. the same pop-up keeps saying "you'll get your money within one day of delivery" but nothing's being delivered? it's been over a week since i received the donation and i'm still none the wiser as to when i'll be allowed to transfer the money to my bank account.
please help! is there anything else i have to do? (i've confirmed my email both on ko-fi and paypal multiple times to try to reboot) any clarity on the situation is appreciated 🙂
