Refund issue

Hi all, I hope your staying well these crazy times! I recently purchased an item of eBay but due the seller being unable to post the item they subsequently cancelled it and issued a refund via PayPal. The money has been received but PayPal thinks I am the seller and wants me to issue the refund?? What I should i do?? Thank you so much for your help, much appreciated, Jack <removed>
