I am sorry to hear that this happened. Usually, we only try to charge you more than once if the initial charge failed. For example, if you paid using your bank account, and your bank refuses the charge, we would attempt to charge a secondary funding source such as, for example, a linked card or your balance. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service directly.
