When checking out with PayPal on eBay, you'll have the option to select PayPal Credit as the payment method before completing the transaction. Please keep in mind that not every purchase is eligible to be paid with PayPal Credit so if you're not seeing PayPal Credit as an option during checkout, you may have to try purchasing something else.
