how do i get a refund for postage unused

I have several USPS shipping labels that I created and never had to use. They are over 30 days old and I have searched the whole website as well as USPS website trying to figure out how to get a refund for these labels and i can get no answer from either website does anyone know how I go about doing this?

If you did not use the shipping labels created with PayPal, you can void them by following these steps.
