Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at paypal that knows what they are doing? I have been a member since 2007--12 years. Due to my external hard drive being dropped, I lost all of my sewing patterns, embroidery files, vinyl files, etc. I need to go back to the beginning and find all my purchases so I can contact any I can to see if I can retrieve them. It will only let me go back 3 years on my activity. I spoke with someone at paypal and was so frustrated I wanted to hang up on them but kept my cool. I just to be able to see what I have purchased over the years so I can better handle this nightmare without being told we can't help you. thanks
thanks--I figured that out just a few minutes ago--don't know why paypal couldn't have told me that--they couldn't even tell me how to do that--now I have 5 years that I have no idea of and lost--just hope they sent me a copy of the ones I can retrieve--thanks again
