Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at paypal that knows what they are doing? I have been a member since 2007--12 years. Due to my external hard drive being dropped, I lost all of my sewing patterns, embroidery files, vinyl files, etc. I need to go back to the beginning and find all my purchases so I can contact any I can to see if I can retrieve them. It will only let me go back 3 years on my activity. I spoke with someone at paypal and was so frustrated I wanted to hang up on them but kept my cool. I just to be able to see what I have purchased over the years so I can better handle this nightmare without being told we can't help you. thanks ... View more

To avoid any confusion, I wasn't talking about members of the forum. I was talking about Paypal customer service. The guy I talked to this morning was in the Phillipines--I asked first. Got so aggravated I finally told him the conversation was useless because he evidentally couldn't answer my question. Kept getting the same answer. I am not an idiot and knew that already. I don't know but I actually had one arrive after the money had been taken out of my account. Paypal doesn't monitor to see if the item has shipped before taking money. I went back and looked and all of mine are 14 after placing the order, not delivery. ... View more

I was assured there was no issue with my account either. I have been a paypal member for years. Have the debit card and paypal credit so know my account is in good standing. Looks like everyone is having the same issue and it started around the same time. Paypal has been having a lot of problems in the past month. I have had sellers tell me that they couldn't print shipping labels to me and I have purchased from them before. I contacted paypal to make sure there was no issue with my shipping info or anything else and was told everything is correct. Lots of complaints lately on Facebook about the problems. ... View more

This is really weird. I talked to paypal the other day and they told me the same thing--some sellers don't offer it. That may be correct, but sellers I have purchased from before using PAD, the option no longer shows or shows sometimes, sometimes not. I must not have a flag because I can use it sometimes and other times it doesn't give that option. Wondering if there is some kind of limit. I have never had a payment returned and have used it a lot. I purchase a lot of fabric and have used this option totalling in the hundreds sometimes. ... View more
