ebay paypal issue : Cant process your payment please try another method

As of 7/31 there is still this problem for several people.  I have an IT ticket in for resolution.  If IT can fix the problem, I'll let everyone on here know.

I sent a help ticket to IT; they came back and requested screenshots of the pages that were just looping around and not working.  After 3 days, I went and checked and PP worked with Ebay again.  The next day I received an email from PP IT that they were working on the problem and it was on their end and it should be fixed shortly.

So if PP still isn't working for you, try sending a help ticket to IT and explain in detail what each page is saying.  They did say the problem was unique to my account, but obviously it wasn't.  Good luck!
