eCheck pending

I received a PayPal invoice from a seller on Feb 19, which I paid with an eCheck on the same day. The payment appears as pending, and a note on it says that the estimated completion will be on Feb 22, which is today, but it hasn't arrived by now, at the end of the day.

The invoice expires on Feb 24, on Sunday, and since tomorrow is Saturday, I worry that the payment won't be completed in time, and the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account that is linked to PayPal. Should I be concerned?

eChecks are super slow. If you don't want to go through with the order or the seller doesn't, or both don't want to wait any longer, tell seller to cancel the eCheck payment and when the funds finally clears, the funds will go back to your PayPal account and/or bank account.
