I'm sorry to hear that there is an unrecognized transaction in your bank account.
When there is a transaction in your bank account that is not also in your PayPal account, it typically means one of two things:
You may have used a debit card attached to that account to make a guest payment, outside of your PayPal account and forgotten what the payment was for.
It may instead be that either your bank information or debit card information was used by a fraudster to make a transaction through PayPal, either on another account, or as a gust payment. Please contact PayPal by phone so you can provide that information to a representative who can investigate and give you the next steps. If it was a card that was used fraudulently, they can confirm that and you can contact the card issuer to get the card closed to prevent any further activity either through PayPal or through other financial services.
