cancel Payment to friend

Hi,

I have made a wrong payment to a friend, is it possible to cancel the payment and get the money back?

Depends how you sent it or how you funded it.

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

It says Payment Sent.

Which Paypal option is available to stop/cancel the payment?

Well you only answered x1 of the 2 questions I asked, however it sounds as if you used the friends / family option to send the payment and if it is saying 'sent' then it has completed to an email address linked and verified with a paypal account.

So all you can do is ask your friend to use the same option to send the funds back again as you normally do not get refund options on f/f payments.

As you haven't said if it was a wrong email address OR answered my second question then can't advise anything else.
