buying a game in uplay with paypal, but its hold on my money

Hi, i bought a game in uplay, my account charged but its not shown in my paypal account. and did not recieved the game. i ask a live chat in ubisoft and the support said:
it appears that your order did not go through and there might be an authorisation hold on the money
any idea?

The temporary authorization will expire and should drop off from your account activity on it's own as soon as in a few days, but no longer than 30 days.

i cant see this transaction in my activity, is it okay? (its my first problem with PP)

Now its show on my Activity, bank account charged, but i dont have the game 😮
