Why are my payments suddenly being declined?

I pay for services such as private hosting, from my PayPal account.
It has worked before. However, at present, one large monthly bill (approx. $750) is being declined despite my best attempts to pay it.
I am about to lose service. Can anyone explain how I can pay (or escalate the issue to PayPal)?

It happened to me once and I emailed PayPal directly. Their reason behind rejection in my case was the large amount was "too suspicious" - considering the amount itself and the supposed receiver. The reason you were able to do the very same thing before was that PayPal security logic/regulations change all the time. When you reach the Customer Service Staff, they will guide you through so many steps - just follow them.
Unfortunately, it seems you can no longer email customer service - so I suggest making a phone call. I used to have some serious and urgent problems, reaching them by phone had those issues solved within 24 hours.
