Why am I unable to receive payments?

Hi,
I recently opened a PayPal account and liked my bank account to it as well. I've also completed all steps of the verification process. I've even tried going on the seller tools and changing the preferences for reciting payments, but my account still stays "this recipient is currently unable to receive payments".
What should I do?

Hi @nia__ and welcome,
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble receiving payments. If you have completed all of the verification steps then you should be able to receive payments. Is it just one person that you cannot receive a payment from or everyone? I would check on your Resolution centre to ensure there are no open issues there that could be preventing you from receiving payments.
