What to do when you cannot see cases in resolution centre after receiving an email.

I received an email regarding a payment in EUR today which is different currency for me. The mail asked me to log in and check the resolution center to provide some info before they deposit the funds into my account. When I checked the resolution center, there were no cases where I could provide the required info. I cannot see the case details. What might be the issue or is it normal?
