Hi ciuvis1,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
When you add an email address to your PayPal account, we send you an email to confirm that you own the email address. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address. If you don't receive the email, you can request that we send it to you again. Here’s how:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
- Beside the email address you want to confirm, click Edit.
- Click Confirm this email and we'll send you an email.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
Note:
- Until you confirm your email address, you cannot receive money into your account
- You also must confirm your email address before you can make it the primary email address on your account

Hi @Littlejoly,
I'm sorry to hear that there's an error when you follow a link from an email you received. Are you absolutely certain that the email is from PayPal and is not a spoof email? If you're clicking a link in an email sent by someone pretending to be PayPal, the link may not actually be going to an official PayPal page. If that is the case, please be cautious!
I hope this helps!

By the way, from this page that "doesn't exist", I can go tu my account! And: "doesn't exist" or exist?!

Hi @Littlejoly,
Thank you for that. If the payment has already been received in your account, that error may be because there's nothing left to claim. Please log in to your PayPal account and see if there's a transaction in your transaction history that matches that information. If you confirmed your email after the payment was sent, then it's likely that no further action is needed.
If you're not seeing it in your balance, check to make sure that you have an open balance for GBP in your account. A payment received in GBP would have either been converted or received into the GBP balance, depending on the options you chose at the receipt of the first payment in a different currency, if that is not your default currency.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
