Pending payment

Hi I recently purchased something but the money still hasn't sent apparntly it will clear on the 4/10/19 is there a way to make the payment go faster as its already been a few days why is it taking so long.

Sounds as if its an echeque if its pending on your paypal account with a clearance date.........

Reasons for a payment being sent as an echeque are...

1. Card needs updating.
2. Recent neg balance.
3. Recent failed bank transfer.
4. High cost payment.
5. High risk transaction.
6. Some friends / family payments.
