I agreed to pay JustAnswer 1$ to solve my verify e-mail address problem which they could not. (If it is easy as they suggest, this problem will never occured.) Thank you for PayPal to e-mail me that they do automatic payment. PayPal said they will charge me 1$ for 1 week and will start automatic payment charge on 13, (What?), I just use them yesterday "JUST 1 DAY". This is not right.
PayPal recommend me to change or cancel your agreement with JustAnswer, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the "My preapproved payments" section. Unfortunately, I can not find.
Please kindly recommend.
I just tried to look all tab and find that it is Payment>Automatic Payments. Hope this can stop JustAnswer charge me $74.
