Unable to use linked bank account for payments

Hello,

My Paypal account does not seem to be able to access the bank account I have linked to it. When I go to my settings, and go to "Preferred Payments", the bank account is not listed in the options, only the credit card I have linked. It is the same when I attempt to send money to another Paypal account - it gives me the option of using the linked credit card, but not the bank account.

I also cannot find an "Add Funds" option to transfer money from my bank account to my Paypal balance, either.

Would I be able to receive some assistance in resolving this matter.

Oh no! That definitely sounds frustrating. I would advise reaching us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter, as this sounds like a specific issue within your PayPal account. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
