Unable to receive payments!

I am trying to receive payments that are supposed to be sent to my account. The sender is getting this message when they try to send - "The email account Receiver not in receive money enabled country is based in a country that isn't enabled to receive payments"

 

I am based in Zambia. What can I do to rectify the issue if anything. Thanks!

From looking at the link below for your country it appears (in my opinion) that you can receive payments but only from funds in the senders paypal balance and not from their bank accounts or cards.

 

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
