Hello, two transactions were done today, about 40 euros each. How can I get my money back? Has someone hacked me? I'm so frustrated.

Contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
The customer service hour is out. I reported my transactions and moved all my money from my bank account that is connected to paypal and was supposed to have the money to one other bank account. I hope this way I'll save my money.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
