Hello to all,
I have been using PayPal for over a year now, but I was usually paid directly from purchases on eBay.
Yesterday I sent in invoice to a buyer for the first time. She paid but it say's my funds are "pending".. And when I click on it, it says I need to get "verified"
My bank and card has been linked for over a year. Nothing needs to be updated and my card is still active and showing up.
So why am I unable to accept my payment?
I need to get this item shipped, but I can not do so unless my payment clears. It is for a large amount and I cannot even get through to a representative!
Before COVID I was able to speak with a rep. immediately, and I just don't know what to do... Please help!
