Hello to all, *URGENT HELP NEEDED* I am currently at my wits end! I have been trying for 3 days in every possible way to be able to speak with a "live" representative! It is direly important that I speak with a live person, as I cannot find the answer to my issue in the "help section" or in the community. I have emailed 4 times with no reply, I have attempted to speak with PayPal Assistant and all I got was "I cannot help you, please visit our help section"... I am BEYOND frustrated, as this is my money and I need to know what is going on!! I'm sure there are thousands of people currently going through the exact same thing, and I feel like I can no longer trust PayPal because I absolutely cannot speak to anyone in regards to my business account which holds a large amount of money. I find this very unprofessional and maddening that NO MATTER what I do I am unable to speak with a live person! What is going on? Why won't they respond to my 6 urgent messages?? Does anyone have any insight on what to do? Thank you so much!!
