Trying to buy off eBay through PayPal, but it's giving me an error when I login to my PayPal account through the popup browser from eBay to complete the purchase with my debit card saying "We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now." I can't use my debit card directly on eBay, because I'm buying an engine that's being sent to the shop instead of my billing address, because it's where my car is getting fixed, so eBay CS said going through PayPal was the only way.
