Transaction not available

Transaction not available at this time; try again later, and I don't know why. I'm trying to reply to a payment request. I am verified, and the system says I cannot file a case on this type of transaction. I don't know why it won't let me proceed.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent payment request. A payment may be declined for a number of reasons, but I would recommend starting here:  Why was my payment declined?

If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
