Usually to use my debit card (visa) link to PayPal, i need to contact my bank to unlock the card, which i did. and i keep trying numerous times to purchase online but it keep failing (its like if the bank didn't unlock the card) now when i retry the next day the card can no longer be used on PayPal. It says this card can't be used for this transaction. Please assist.
