Suspicion of fraud

Hi,
I've received a payment for "goods and services" from a person but there is no product or service that I've sold to them. The same person had previously purchased a product from my eBay shop (checkout payment) using an eCheque but I cancelled that transaction as he requested. The money for the fictive "goods and services" is currently in my Pay Pal account and the person is putting pressure on me to confirm his transaction and dispatch the product. Has anyone encountered this situation? Could you please advise me what to do?
Many thanks!

Just issue a refund from within the transaction details ("Refund this payment" button") and put "Order Cancelled" in the refund notes.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
