Submitted order to Hermes - cancel

Hi

Submitted order to Hermes which has not been processed as Hermes site not working properly.

How do I cancel this submitted order and others as this has happened everytime I tried to make a payment.

The submitted payments do not so up in the activity page

Has anyone come accross this, any help would be appreciated
