I issued a partial refund to a customer by mistake. Initially when I submitted the refund it loaded for a while then said "refund Failed" I attempted to issue the same partial refund a second time, said "refund Failed " agiain. However, when I checked the actual transaction, it now shows 2 refunds having been initiated and pending. Is there any way I can cancel one of these?
You would need to ask the buyer to 'send' the amount back again, if they use the friends/family option and fund it from funds in their balance or bank account there would be no fee.
