Someone use my pay pal purchase

Hi sir

today i recieve a msg some one used my paypal acc to purchase a spa. 

its shows like the pic above.. and the money is deducted from my acc

it also shows refunded... does i will get the refund?

Yes if it was refunded which it looks like BUT i would change passwords etc if someone used your account without your consent.
