Hi,
Someone sent me some money a week ago. Everything was ok, she sent the money to my email and she got the ID transaction confirmations.
However, I did not notice that either my email or phone number was confirmed at that moment. I confirmed my phone number, and I also confirmed a new email address and made it primary address (since I don't have access anymore to the first one). But still, I have not received the money, and I don't know what else I could do.
