Hi, I sent the wrong currency. Payment is still pending now 2 days later, but I cannot cancel. Receiver tells me he is unable to accept, which has to be done in order to give me a refund. He says it could be because his account is in US dollars, not in the local currency (Taiwan). What should I do?

Hi @Stlo,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
If you sent a payment in a currency that is not accepted by the receiver, the payment may still be 'Unclaimed'. The seller may need to add the relevant currency to their account and then accept the payment. Otherwise, you should be able to cancel it on your side. If the payment is not claimed within 30 days, it would be automatically reversed.
I hope this helps.
Martina
