Reversed payment

Hi there, I tried to pay for a product and it told me that my payment was ‘under review’ however this morning it tells me it has been ‘Reversed’. Can you tell me why this happened? Also how long will it be before it is refunded as payment was taken from my account. Thanks a lot

You would need to talk to your card issuer or bank account provider as they must have re-called the payment.
