Hello! I have a refund in the process of being refunded to my card. Do I have to wait for it to appear in my bank before I use the money to make another PayPal payment? Does paypal "know" i am good for the money in other words, or would that risk a failed transaction? Thanks all.

Hello @Einkbuyer,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! We're glad to have you here. This is a good question! You would need to wait for the amount to fully credit back to your card before you could attempt to make the payment again. I hope this helps you out!
