I sold an item which had to be returned as the buyer said he made a mistake.
I accepted the return but advised the buyer that he would be responsible for postage both ways plus any charges that appear on my account as a result of the sale.
The item has now been returned.
How do I refund only the sale price of the item £130 & not the additional postage £15?
Thanks if you can help.
