Resolution problem

I purchased a product on may 16th. Got a tracking number stating the item was delivered on the 15th of may. Kind of impossible. My problem is that before I realized this I put in a resolution for a payment discrepancy which I won. Now since getting the tracking number and looking things over I'm thinking I was scammed. I dont know how to ask for an refund every time I go to resolution center it says that I already have a claim and it was closed. It wont let me open another one. What should I do. Thanks
