I sent a query via the 'Resolution Centre' regarding payments taken from my bank account. There can't be any humans involved at the PayPal end because they replied with a totally irrelevant answer, unrelated to my issue. I can only think that they use algorithms which can't read and understand a query written clearly in English. Very poor 'service' PayPal. No, legendary abysmal 'service'.

Ok. What can I do about two unauthorised amounts charged to my bank account under the PayPal Direct Debit mandate totalling over a £100 that are not listed as transactions on my account? Despite my setting everything out in detail PayPal's 'response' is that the transaction is valid. Hence my suspicion that the 'reply' emanated from an algorithm.
