Ok.  What can I do about two unauthorised amounts charged to my bank account under the PayPal Direct Debit mandate totalling over a £100 that are not listed as transactions on my account?  Despite my setting everything out in detail PayPal's 'response' is that the transaction is valid.  Hence my suspicion that the 'reply' emanated from an algorithm. ... 'Resolution Centre' does not resolve anything

I sent a query via the 'Resolution Centre' regarding payments taken from my bank account.  There can't be any humans involved at the PayPal end because they replied with a totally irrelevant  answer, unrelated to my issue.  I can only think that they use algorithms which can't read and understand a query written clearly in English.  Very poor 'service' PayPal.  No, legendary abysmal 'service'. ... Fraudulent bank transactions

I have been charged two amounts on the PayPal Direct Debit.  I cannot report them because the PayPal system demands that I select the transaction(s) I want to dispute and they are not listed in my transactions.  I have tried to message PayPal and no one responds.  What do I do?  I feel I have no option but to ring my bank and ask that these be reversed as PayPal are offering me no help whatsoever.  ...
