I've subscribed to chegg, but then the bank has reject the transection and they said it will be refunded within 4~5 days, however it's been more than a week and i havent gotten any refund yet, where can i ask about my refund??

Typically, a refund can take 3-5 business days to be delivered to the nominated account and in certain circumstances, it can take longer. If the estimated timeframe has passed, please contact the merchant for further details about your refund.
