I try to make a payment , but the paypal put my payment in pending , and now my payment is blocked and he send me email where he say ,,your payment was refund,, but i don t see my money.. what can i do ?
You haven't said what country you are in, if the payment is showing as sent or completed, if you got a refund email or any details at all, sorry we can't just guess.
Is it still pending? If so then it will time out 30 days post payment.
