Hi,
i want to cancel an automated payment i made, but it is not appearing in pay pal page, it is running for 6 months now and not a single trace of it on the profile page. When i get into the automated payments tab there is nothing, the suggested merchants are also not helping as the one i am looking for is not on the list.... I need to cancel that payment and not able to reach out to support guys.
Please note i do not have a card or bank linked at the moment, have chosen to pay by debit card in the merchant site, but the only option was PayPal, then i entered my card details and since then receive paypal notifications for every transaction.
Please help!
