Hii my payment 471.5 (400 PayPal vouchers and 71.5 via debit card) was failed myntra last hour but myntra refunded my amount but in PayPal account total 400 voucher comes but my card amount 71.5 not refunded why?

Refunds to cards take a week, up to 30 days depending on card issuer.
