Refund

My account is currently on hold as I have entered into a Debt Management Plan and PayPal are one of my creditors . I listed an item on Ebay for my son and forgot that the funds would go straight into my own PayPal account . The funds are on hold as my account is suspended. I am now stuck with funds I cant withdraw or refund . Help!!

Ask the buyer what it says next to the transaction in his account, it may be unclaimed and if so he may be able to cancel it OR it will time out 30 days post payment, if not post back with what he says.

1. pay your son for the sale (and yes the funds will be stuck or snapped up by PayPal towards what you owe them)

2. if item hasn't yet been shipped, ask buyer to dispute payment to have it refunded and then send buyer a PayPal invoice to pay again and then ship.
