Refund

Got a refund from an institution 3 days ago but it's still not reflecting on my bank. Is it possible that the institution didn't pay the money yet or they have since I got a notification on PayPal ?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Hi I’m wondering if I’ve been scammed. I paid for something off eBay and the seller said she didn’t receive the funds. So I sent another payment. The seller said she has refunded the two different amounts and I have received two separate emails saying I have a refund. However one refund the later one is showing in my actual PayPal account ( not the actual monies) and the the first refund there CC is nothing to say in my PayPal account ( only an email) that I have been refunded. Is this all legit? Thank you
