Refund

Hi!! I need to make a refund- but I don’t have funds in my PayPal account... I have my account linked to my personal bank which is how I make payments... how do I add funds to my PayPal so I can refund?

I don't think you need to, just issue the refund and it should be taken directly from your linked bank account.
