Hello paypal community.
The problem is I canceled a bank account a few months ago where I had a debit card who was connected to paypal. Ryanair refunded me money for the canceled flight - that's all right. But the problem is that I can't reach refunded money, because I have new bank account in a new bank. So I contacted my old bank and I asked them about that refunded money. They said they can't find that transaction and they are asking abou "SWIFT message" so they could look it up and tell me if money is in the main bank account of that bank or there is a chance that the bank sent the money automatically back - dont know it to paypal or ryanair.
I tried to chat via messages with paypal support from help centrum but they are sending me texts from help cener which is not helping me at all.
