Hi. I boght an item on ebay a while back. The seller did not send the item. a long story short, Paypal recovered the money and sent it back to the visa card that was used to do the purchase.
But the problem is that the visa card used for the original transaction was canceled by the visa fraud department, because somebody was trying to steal money from me.
On the Paypal page, the money has been refunded to the visa card connected to my bank account. But no money has shown up on my account.
Any others that have experience with this problem?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue today. Not to worry, normally the funds will still go back to the bank account or credit line the card was attached to. If you received a new card attached to the same account as the old card, you should see the funds reflect on that card within 30 days - normally 3-5 business days. If you do not see your funds after 30 days, please reach out to your bank or credit card to investigate further.
Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
