Refund payments

I'm having issues I've received a refund but balance is still saying £0 but showing my refund I ordered boots on line using PayPal Then the money was shown taken from PayPal and to my bank account as normal but boots weren't available so the company issued my money back to my PayPal account which its gone through but surely it should be a £127 balance so I can't then transfer it to my bank account but it's coming up with balance £0 which is odd? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong

If you paid by bank originally, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to get to your PayPal balance and then you can withdraw it back to your bank.
