Hello all, I am new to e-commerce and the community.
I have no open case in regard to a refund which has been processed. However I still have a hold on the Funds.
We emailed Paypal three days ago.
My questions are;
1) Will this resolve automatically?
2) If yes, after how long?
3) Do Paypal respond to emails within a certain timeframe?
