I refunded a buyer of a item I sold on Depop on 24th May, I then refunded the buyer on the 31st May and it’s now the 12th June and he still hasn’t received any money back? He told me he paid with a credit/debit card and doesn’t have a PayPal account so how will he get his money back and how long ?

If he funded the original Paypal payment to you with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to his paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to their bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
